Privacy Policy

TUNA SPLASH is a single-player arcade game developed as an indie project. We, the developers, do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data ourselves. The only third-party data processing in the app is performed by Google AdMob for rewarded video ads, as described below.

Data stored on your device

The game stores the following locally on your device using the operating system's standard local storage (e.g. iOS UserDefaults):

• your best height (record);
• highest milestone reached;
• unlocked achievements;
• audio / vibration / language preferences;
• a flag indicating that the tutorial has been completed.

This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses Google AdMob to show an optional rewarded video ad when the player chooses to continue a run after losing. Ads are never shown without an explicit player action — there are no banners, interstitials, or forced ads. If you never tap the "watch ad & continue" button, no ads load and no ad-related data is sent.

When a rewarded ad is requested, Google AdMob may collect and process device-level information such as:

• your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), if you allow it;
• device model, OS version, language, country, and approximate (IP-based) location;
• app version and basic ad-interaction events (ad shown, ad clicked, reward granted).

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the first time a rewarded ad is about to be shown, the system displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether you allow the app to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

• If you allow, AdMob may use your IDFA to serve personalized ads.
• If you ask not to track, AdMob still serves rewarded ads, but in non-personalized mode (no IDFA, no cross-app tracking).

You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

What we don't do

• No accounts, sign-up, or login.
• No analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.).
• No crash reporting or telemetry sent to us.
• No microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photo library access.
• No selling of personal data.

Children's privacy

TUNA SPLASH is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Rewarded ads served via AdMob are configured with non-personalized targeting for users who decline App Tracking Transparency or are otherwise classified by AdMob as protected from personalized advertising.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.

By downloading or using TUNA SPLASH, you agree to the following terms.

Licence

TUNA SPLASH is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Acceptable use

• Don't decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the app beyond what applicable law allows.
• Don't redistribute the app, its assets, or its sounds.
• Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

TUNA SPLASH is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using TUNA SPLASH at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or its features without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions.
